Frequently Asked Questions
How strong is the suction?
+
Suction is rated at 5000 Pa. That is strong enough for crumbs, sand, dust, and loose pet hair on mats, seats, and trunk liners.
Will it fit in a glovebox?
+
Yes. It is about 15 in long and fits most gloveboxes, door pockets, and center consoles.
How does it charge?
+
It recharges over USB. It can charge from a car USB port, from the 12V socket with a USB adapter, or from a USB wall adapter at home.
What attachments come with it?
+
It comes with two nozzles: a narrow one for air vents and seat rails, and a crevice nozzle for the gaps between seats and the center console.
Does it pick up pet hair?
+
It picks up loose pet hair from mats and seats. Hair that is deeply woven into carpet fibers may need a rubber brush first.
Can it be used inside the home?
+
Yes. It works well for crumbs on desks and counters, keyboards, shelves, and window tracks.
How is the filter cleaned?
+
Remove the filter, rinse it under running water, and let it air-dry completely before putting it back. No replacement filters are needed.
How is the dust cup emptied?
+
The dust cup detaches and empties straight into a bin. Emptying it after each use keeps suction strong.
How long does shipping typically take?
+
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically arrives in 7–10 business days. Tracking information is provided once your order ships so you can follow its progress every step of the way.
Please read our Shipping Policy for more information.
