Probably not. This is a reinforced plush toy, not a hard chew, and no fabric toy holds up to a determined power chewer indefinitely. The doubled seams buy considerably more life than a standard stuffed animal, but dogs who shred plush on contact are better served by a rubber or nylon chew.

The squeaker can eventually stop sounding if it takes a direct puncture. That is the usual signal to retire the toy, since an exposed squeaker should not be left with a dog.
Supervised play is recommended, as it is with any plush toy. Checking the seams every so often and pulling the toy once fabric starts to open is the safest habit.
Machine washing is not recommended. The agitation works against the stitching and shortens the life of the seams considerably.
Wipe the outer fabric down with a damp cloth and let it air dry completely before handing it back to the dog.
