A heat gun, and nothing else. The connector is slid over the two stripped wire ends, then heated evenly until the solder ring melts and the sleeve shrinks down at both ends. No crimper and no soldering iron. A lighter or open flame is not a substitute, since it scorches the sleeve before the solder reaches temperature.
