Frequently Asked Questions
What do the slippers look like on the foot?
+
Each slipper is shaped like a cat stretching forward, with the face, ears, and front paws sitting over the toes. The back is open like a slide.
Are the soles good for hard floors?
+
Yes. The thickened rubber sole has a textured grip that holds steady on hardwood, tile, and laminate, and it stays quiet while walking.
Are they warm enough for winter?
+
The plush faux fur upper and thick fleece lining hold warmth close to the foot, which makes them comfortable on cold floors through the colder months.
Can they be worn outside?
+
They are designed as indoor house slippers. A quick step out to the porch or mailbox is fine, but they are not made for extended outdoor wear.
How should they be cleaned?
+
Spot clean with mild soap and cool water, then air dry away from direct heat. Machine washing or tumble drying is not recommended, since it can flatten the plush.
What colors are available?
+
Two styles are available: a white kitty with blue eyes and a gray shorthair-style kitty with deep, round eyes.
Do they make a good gift?
+
Yes. They are a popular pick for cat lovers, students, and anyone who enjoys cute loungewear, and they suit birthdays, holidays, and everyday surprises.
How long does shipping typically take?
+
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically arrives in 7–10 business days. Tracking information is provided once your order ships so you can follow its progress every step of the way.
Please read our Shipping Policy for more information.
What if this isn't right for me? What's the return policy?
