Frequently Asked Questions
How does Santa move on the ladder?
+
Once the decoration is switched on, the Santa figure climbs up and down the ladder automatically. There's nothing to wind or reset, so the movement keeps going for as long as you leave it on.
What's the difference between Warm White and Multicolor?
+
Warm White gives off a soft, golden glow that suits classic or neutral decor. Multicolor lights the ladder in several bright colors for a fun, playful look that kids especially love.
Where can I put it?
+
It works in a front window, on a wall, beside a front door or entryway, on a mantel, or next to the tree. It's designed to be seen, so a window facing the street is a popular choice.
Can I use it outside?
+
Yes, in covered outdoor areas like a sheltered porch or entryway. Keep it out of direct rain and snow so it stays in great shape for many seasons.
Is it hard to set up?
+
Not at all. It's ready to use right out of the box, with no tools or assembly needed. You can move it around your home whenever you like.
What comes in the box?
+
You get one Santa Claus climbing figure and one LED ladder.
How do I clean and store it?
+
Wipe it down with a dry cloth to remove dust. After the holidays, store it in a cool, dry place so it's ready for next Christmas.
Is it loud during use?
+
It operates at a normal level for a rotary electric shaver, comparable to similar cordless grooming devices.
How long does shipping typically take?
+
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically arrives in 7–10 business days. Tracking information is provided once your order ships so you can follow its progress every step of the way.
Please read our Shipping Policy for more information.
What if this isn't right for me? What's the return policy?
+
