I recently got diagnosed with cervical spondylitis after a year long neck pain. I ordered this pillow with minimum hopes but it did wonders for me. It is just the right size and with right firmness. Perfect support and good for releasing stress from your neck. The memory foam style makes it feel so supportive yet gentle, not like you're forcing your neck into a position, more like it's finally being held where it needs to be. Really glad I took the chance on this.
Immediately eases my tinnitus even when it's so unbearable my head feels out of whack. I could fall asleep with this pillow and have dozed off using it, although they say not to, it's hard not to when you finally are not being tormented by the constant swishing and ringing. I looked all over for one of these that wouldn't be too bulky or too firm and this hits the sweet spot perfectly. The size is ideal and it stays in place.

This neck pillow works really well, I have some neck issues and I lay in it for a few hours or over night. It helps stretch my neck and loosen it up, also is very therapeutic if you add calming music and lay flat. I fall asleep right away.

I have been looking for something to support my neck while sitting, mainly in the recliner. This pillow is the perfect space filler between my neck and the chair. It's not too thick or thin. By having this support it eases the pain in my neck and upper shoulders, resting comfortably while seated. I've tried a few others that were either too firm or too flat and this one is just right.

With this pillow on top of my regular pillow, I no longer snore when sleeping on my back!! Which means I'm comfortable and don't wake myself up by snoring. It gives me the option of back sleeping which I haven't been able to do for years since side sleeping puts too much pressure on my ears. The neck position it creates is just right — not forced, just naturally aligned.
