Frequently Asked Questions
What does the ornament say?
+
Each ornament carries the words Christmas in Heaven, paired with a rocking chair, a candle holder, and angel details.
What is the difference between the three styles?
+
All three share the same rocking chair and Christmas in Heaven design. Each one is finished with its own accent: a Christmas tree, an angel, or a heart.
Where can it be displayed?
+
It sits well on a fireplace mantel, side table, bookshelf, windowsill, or a sturdy Christmas tree branch.
Can a real candle be used in the holder?
+
A battery-operated tealight is recommended, especially on a tree or anywhere near greenery or fabric. If a real candle is used, it should never be left unattended.
Is it a good sympathy gift?
+
Yes. It is a meaningful gift for someone facing a first Christmas after losing a parent, grandparent, spouse, child, or friend, and it can be brought out again every holiday season.
How should it be cleaned?
+
A soft, dry cloth is all it needs. Avoid water and cleaning sprays.
How should it be stored after the holidays?
+
Wrap it in tissue and keep it somewhere cool and dry so it stays in good condition for next year.
How long does shipping typically take?
+
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically arrives in 7–10 business days. Tracking information is provided once your order ships so you can follow its progress every step of the way.
Please read our Shipping Policy for more information.
