Frequently Asked Questions
How does the card start playing?
+
The card has a pull tab on the spine. Once the tab is removed, the music starts and keeps looping.
Will it start playing in the mail?
+
No. The card stays silent while the tab is in place, so it can be signed, sealed, and mailed without setting it off.
How long does the music play?
+
About three hours on a continuous loop, whether the card is open or closed.
What song does it play?
+
A meowing cat version of Carol of the Bells.
Is there a way to stop the music?
+
The music runs until the battery is used up. Tearing the card open reaches the sound module, but it also releases a hidden pocket of chunky glitter.
Can a message be written inside?
+
Yes. The inside works like a regular greeting card, so a personal note can be added before it is sent.
Is it suitable for children?
+
It is a novelty card meant for older kids and adults. The sound module contains a small battery, so it should be kept away from young children.
How should the card be stored before gifting?
+
Keep it flat and dry with the pull tab in place until it is handed over or mailed.
How long does shipping typically take?
+
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically arrives in 7–10 business days. Tracking information is provided once your order ships so you can follow its progress every step of the way.
Please read our Shipping Policy for more information.
