Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I hang the climbing Santa?
+
It hangs from a Christmas tree branch, stair railing, banister, window, door, or above a fireplace mantel. Anywhere with a spot to hang it works.
Do I need tools to set it up?
+
No. There is no assembly and no tools needed. Hang it and Santa is ready to climb.
Can it be used outdoors?
+
It is designed for indoor holiday decorating. Keeping the climbing mechanism dry helps it last season after season.
Can I reuse it every year?
+
Yes. It is built from plastic and polyester fabric, so it packs away after the holidays and comes back out next Christmas.
Does it make a good gift?
+
Yes. It is a fun, lighthearted gift for family, coworkers, Secret Santa exchanges, or anyone who loves decorating for the holidays.
How do I clean it?
+
Spot clean the fabric outfit with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking the figure and keep the mechanism dry.
How should I store it after the holidays?
+
Store it in a dry place, ideally in its box or a storage bin, so the fabric stays clean and the ladder stays in shape.
What colors does it come in?
+
It comes in classic Santa red and white.
How long does shipping typically take?
